Example apps
The repository has two kinds of complete apps to read and run.
Example apps with a UI
Each has a small React UI and an inspector panel showing every request's actual usage against its static bounds, plus handler runs, deliveries, and logs.
pnpm --filter @aleph-examples/todos dev| App | What it shows |
|---|---|
examples/todos | Signed-in users, CRUD, cursor paging, a range query on an index, a counter, and "due today" in the user's time zone |
examples/team | Org roles and API keys, case-insensitive unique emails, seat limits with error details, idempotent invites, a last-owner guard, and an MCP tool |
examples/shop | A charge job with a journaled payment call, retries, a dead-letter handler, receipts sent to the address in the user directory, a revenue sum, and an hourly scan |
Each UI imports its types from a generated client (src/client.ts), and each app's routes carry examples that aleph test runs.
Conformance apps
conformance/cases/* are golden apps that the SDK, the WebAssembly build, and the native core must agree on:
- their manifests
- their worst-case usage
- every response in a scripted scenario
| Case | What it covers |
|---|---|
projects | A SaaS backend with plan limits and bulk operations |
ledger | Accounts, deposits, and transfers with invariants and idempotency |
pipeline | Queues, retries, dead letters, an OCR integration, a realtime channel, and a scanning schedule |
commerce | Nearly every language feature: objects, decimals, time zones, response types, webhooks, profiles, keyed jobs, counters of every kind, expiry, cascades, and CORS |
fulfillment | A durable workflow (saga) with signals, timeouts, retries, compensation, and cancellation |
